Welcome to your spacious Houston getaway in the heart of Montrose! With approximately 3,000 sq. ft. of living space, a private pool, fenced backyard, garage, and flexible sleeping areas for large groups, this home gives you plenty of room to gather, relax, and enjoy Houston together.

You’ll be just a short walk from Buffalo Bayou Park and minutes from Downtown Houston, Midtown, the Museum District, Medical Center, NRG Stadium, restaurants, nightlife, and many of the city’s most popular attractions.

Spread out across a spacious two-story home designed for families and groups traveling together. Enjoy comfortable living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, and plenty of space to settle in for a weekend or extended stay.

Outside, your private pool and fully fenced backyard create your own Houston oasis. Cool off after exploring the city, spend an afternoon relaxing poolside, or simply enjoy some downtime with your group.

The home also includes a garage and on-site parking, making it especially convenient when multiple guests are traveling together.

Important Layout Information:

This is a large, older Houston home with a unique interconnected layout, so several sleeping areas are not traditional private bedrooms.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are connected and separated by a curtain and dresser. Upstairs, some rooms are accessed by passing through other sleeping areas.
Bedroom 3 functions as both a game/sleeping room and passageway, while the loft sleeping area is not fully enclosed.
We want you to understand the layout before booking so you can determine whether it works well for your group. It can be especially convenient for families, children, close friends, and groups that prioritize staying together over having seven completely independent bedrooms.

Perfect for Your Houston Stay

Whether you’re planning a family getaway, traveling with multiple families, attending a sporting event, visiting Houston for work, or simply bringing a larger group together, this home offers something difficult to find in central Houston: lots of space, a private pool, parking, and an excellent Montrose location all in one property.

Spend your morning walking along Buffalo Bayou, explore Downtown and Houston’s museums during the day, then come home and cool off in your own private pool.

Reserve your dates and enjoy a spacious Houston home that puts Montrose, Midtown, Downtown, and some of the city’s best attractions right at your doorstep.

Guest access & layout
Guests enjoy full access to the entire property, including the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and backyard. The layout is ideal for multi-family trips or business teams: 7 bedrooms ensure privacy, while shared spaces encourage connection. Quiet corners and large communal areas create the right balance for group stays.
