The pillows were very thin, and the artificial air fresheners throughout the home were overwhelming. The neighborhood also did not feel particularly welcoming, although we did not experience any issues. The front door also did not feel very secure due to visible light around the door, something another reviewer had mentioned as well. That said, the host was very responsive and offered solutions to each concern, including maintenance, pest control, and replacement items." (6/5)
