The space was perfect for the 9 of us. There is a lot of work that needs to be done. The living room has 3 mismatched couches. Almost all of the patio furniture needs to be replaced. The whole house needs to be painted. The carpet was extremely wet in the master bedroom, do to a leak. Saying all that was wrong, we had a pleasant stay. Again, the size is great for a large group.
This trip was a large group staying for a small reunion. The house fit everyone and had multiple places to hang out so it never felt crowded. There was one issue with the AC but the host had their HVAC person come out same day within just a couple of hours so it was a very positive experience. Neighbors are all good and friendly
