Great place to stay ! Please do not hesitate the location is quiet and peaceful , pool is routinely maintained and the communication was superb !
Originally booked this house expecting a large group. Although the number of guests decreased, we still moved forward with the home. The home does accommodate sleeping arrangements, however, the upkeep of this home doesnt. The flooring squeaks wherever you walk, I almost felt like I was about to fall through the floor, very unstable. The smell as soon as I walked in was not not pleasant, the smell of mildew was very present. There was mildew in around the bathroom vents and the AC vent was very dusty as well. All of these things were very noticeable. When I reached out to the host, they were trying to accommodate me and my guests, but I opted not to move forward with any other accommodations. The original price for 2 nights and 3 days was $1071. After expressing my concerns and was willing to only stay 1 night, I was still charged $710. They were not willing to work with bringing down the price. Overall, the house has a lot of potential and could use a few upgrades.
Casey was a great host, and I also want to give Bryan & Anne a shoutout. I spoke with them several times before my stay, and they were always very helpful. The house is nice. There were a few broken things, but they seemed like easy fixes. The pool and jacuzzi were the highlight of our stay. I would definitely stay again!
